Observations
Of the years presented, the proportion of employees reporting to be mostly or completely satisfied with their job was highest in 2009/10. In the most recent year, the proportion was higher in the southern regions compared with the northern regions.
Indicator 3.3.1 – Job satisfaction
Adults aged 16 and over were asked to rate their job satisfaction (if in employment) from "Completely dissatisfied" to "Completely satisfied".
